As I go through my super slam I learn a lot about the animals I am hunting and I do this sometimes in a short period of time so as I go I get a lot of questions so I will post some facts here on each of the animals as I hunt them

#1 North American Pronghorn Antelope
“A true American native, the Pronghorn has sojourned across the deserts and plains of North America for at least a million years: but an antelope it is not. Its closest relative is the giraffe.”

The pronghorn can reach speeds of 30 MPH and has amazing eyesight, to warn the rest of the herd of danger it will flare out the white hairs on its back side while running away

#2 Mountain Lion aka Cougar
“commonly known as the mountain lion, puma, panther, or catamount”
“Native to the americas” “The cougar is an ambush predator and pursues a wide variety of prey. Primary food sources are ungulates, particularly deer, but also livestock.”
“attacks on humans are happening more frequently due to encroachment”

#3 Muskox
“The muskox and the caribou are the only two arctic ungulates, or hoofed mammals, that survived the end of the Pleistocene Era (10,000 years ago)”
